Dreadful customer service. I ordered two pillowcases online, then a couple of days later the order was canceled (apparently at my request). When I enquirer why, all they said was that they didn’t ship to Dubai. So I sent a screen shot of their big ad stating they ship to the UAE and asked for clarification - but they would not reply. In the end I’m glad I didn’t get any of their products, in case they are the same poor quality as the customer service.

I ordered a set of scrunchies from Blissy. Within 2 days of receiving them, the elastic on one had snapped completely. The other 2 were fraying and about to break, impossible to use. I contacted customer service via email about the issue. My first email wasn't answered. So I sent my 2nd message directly from their website. In the meantime, I called customer service and was hung up on several times in a row, on two occasions. Finally they answered my second mail, and I had to argue to get a refund. At first they were just going to replace the scrunchies as a "one time customer courtesy". Basically, take these and if they break shut up, don't contact us again. I refused, so the finally sent me a refund. A week of back and forth wasting my time. Never, ever again.

Guess what friends? I have found the perfect solution for having a wonderful night of sleep. How, you may be asking? By slipping on a Blissy pillowcase over my existing pillow, an amazing transformation took place. Blissy pillowcases are made from pure silk and blended with unique moisture retaining components. The zippers ripped out on both my pillowcases, but after much back and forth, the company only replaced ONE of the cases. I needed two replaced. What am I going to do with just one?

all my blissy pillowcases have ripped at the zipper seam im very gentle and only wash by hand. for $50 a pillowcase should have a better seam im so aggravated

Terrible customer service. I attempted to return the pillowcase and they gave men nothing but a difficult time. Id highly recommend getting a silk pillowcase off amazon, its a quarter of the price and the same quality and a lot better customer service.

Wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with this company as I would have def avoided them. My order was placed and paid for but not received, customer service awful no refund granted or replacement offered!!!!

Not only does their customer service suck when you don't have a problem.. wait until you do have a problem!! Washed in cold water/gentle cycle and air dried.. My pillow case was ruined.. Reached out to Blissy and no warranty or replacement.. just an offer of a 25% discount.. Horrible customer service...
