Horrible. If I could give it a zero I would. I ordered 4 cases in the middle of November so I could avoid the delays after Black Friday. They said that the product ships out within 1-3 days. And here I am 10 days and two emails later to blissy being told that it might ship out in another 3-5 days. Customer service has been incredibly rude and unapologetic about the situation as well. It you want a silk pillow case, I’d recommend buying it elsewhere.

SCAM: Would give this company no stars if I could. My 88 year old mother who has dementia mistakenly ordered 5 pillowcases and she was charged £190. She clearly did not know how much they were costing or that they were being shipped from the USA. I emailed them asking if she could have a refund and they just said nothing they can do as the items had been shipped. Did not offer anything, thought at least they could have offered a refund if I returned them. Looking at the reviews I am doubting if they will even turn up! Checking their website out and reading comments on Facebook they appear to be very shady with their dealings with customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if indeed it really is a company!

This company is a SCAM. The prices are very misleading. I had to enter my credit card info before I saw the total. When I saw the total I didn't not confirm the order and they charged me anyway. I sent multiple emails to them to not ship it and a refund. They were ignored.

The very costly pillowcase feel apart after two months of careful washing separately and in cold water. I have reached out to the company to let them know providing pictures and my order number and have yet to hear back-

I ordered online for $119.00 with free shippingwithin a few minutes it hit my account for $179.88. When I called the contact # during the posted buisness hrs. A auto message said, Hello, we are closed and clicked off. I tried several times, same thing. I now am having to go through my bank to reverse this. I believe this company is shady, and sketchy. Beware!!!!

Just terrible. Ordered from the UK at the beginning of September and over 2 months later the products still haven’t arrived. They blamed DHL for losing the parcel and claim to have re-dispatched. I wish I had never come across them. Avoid them at all costs!

My first Blissy order was fine and the products amazed me so I ordered again this year on 8th of Oct. After nearly one month they still haven't dispatched my order. I kept emailing them but they just kept delaying my orders. First said 3-5 business days, then another 1-2 business days, then your order was still prepared to be shipped". Let's see if they will arrive before New Year. :) Also others have mentioned that they didn't mention the products are shipped from the USA. I ordered from the Australian website.

I wish I had found the reviews on here. These pillow cases are worth 9.99. They will not make it right either. buyer BEWARE!
