I was shopping around trying to find a more affordable solution for the medication I need I found the 10 dollar promotion. Applied bought the medication said I needed to visit one of there doctors for prescription. I waited up staring at my phone for the consultation to start but it never did the next day without taking to the doctor at all apparently my appointment was completed and I was denied. I've already beed diagnosed I just didn't transfer the paperwork. So I call costum service because it wasn't letting even see the documents from the doctor visit that never happened the lady literally started yelling at me twords the end just for trying to figure out what was going on telling me to cancel my subscription I had already paid for. And told me to start the process over. So I did and I no longer qualify for the 10 dollar promotion because I'm an existing customer. I felt very manipulated and scammed by this company. he wary when dealing with them I reported them to the better business bureau for suspicious business practice. I suggest everyone who has similar experiences to do the same.

Blink Health is a complete ripoff. They sign you up for a subscription service which costs roughly $10.00 per month. The subscription serves no purpose and is more than the cost of the medication. Whatever you do, please DO NOT trust this fraud of a company with your credit card. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE... Blink health texted me a discount on my prescription, so at the last minute I decided to try it out for the "huge discount." So I purchased my prescription through blink app, while waiting in line at the pharmacy and they denied it. Said there was an error and I need to contact customer support. So... customer support said they "didn't know what happened" and were going to escalate it to a supervisor. Next day still nothing so I call back. Same nonsense. Supervisor finally calls back and refused to do anything to resolve this situation except refund purchase. Then proceeded to rudely hang up on me while I'm still asking questions. They were not willing to do any work to resolve the issue.

Ordered my medication on line. My Doctor had sent a prescription for 50MG "take 1 or two daily" as needed. I talked to the DR. and they stated 100MG would be fine. I ordered 100MG and Blink sent me 50MG and refused to allow me the cancel the order.

I made an order and got denied by the DR, and I'm a perfect candidate!! They only did that to keep the 10 dollars and they said non-refundable. LOL trust me-I got my money back- I work the Better Business Bureau and they picked the wrong guy!

Their price for certain medications is the best around. However, once we moved and our zip code changed on our HSA card I was no longer able to use our HSA card to complete purchases, even though we updated everything with the bank and with blink health. I even got the bank on a 3-way call with blink health. Nothing was resolved, and no one has reached out to resolve the issue even though it has been 3 months and I have now called 3 times to follow up. Very disappointed and ready to take out my prescription and business elsewhere.

Attempting to get in touch with anyone from customer service is virtually non-existent. I have left multiple messages and have yet to get a call back. I am wanting to cancel my policy.

Twice I have gotten emails out of the blue that an expensive medication has been shipped and billed, without any sort of heads up that it was going to process soon in order to give me time to make any changes to my subscription as necessary. I've now given them 200 dollar so far for a product I absolutely do not need and their customer service has refused to give me a refund. It's customary practice for a subscription service to send out an email that an order is going to process and allow the customer to make any necessary changes. Would never deal with this company again. One of the shadiest companies I've dealt with in a long time.
