They just took my money no response for almost a month

DO NOT use Blink Health. They charged me for two separate prescriptions that I never received. One was supposed to be delivered to my home (never happened), and the other they kept claiming that they didn't receive the Rx from my doctor. I had my doctor fax it like 3 times. Each time the doctors got a fax confirmation on their end confirming the fax went through, but each time Blink Health says they never got the fax on their end. I had my doubts about Blink Health since I had never heard of them before finding them online, so luckily I used a virtual credit card number with a very low limit that I control in order to pay them. Because of this, they have never been able to charge me again. So I guess I should be grateful that my losses were only on two prescriptions that I was charged for that I never got. All the other reviews are complaining about a monthly Blink health subscription charge IN ADDITION to prescription charges. Don't waste your time and money, it will drive you nuts! They have my money for two prescriptions and I am out of pills and out the money as well. They are NOT DEPENDABLE!!

I went to Blink because insurance wouldn’t approve it when ordered by doctor. I was first told I would be charged $60 for the medicine. Then, I paid & they refunded and filed it with my insurance (military). They kept working for about 3 weeks to get approved. Tricare approved and paid before they received orders that canceled my Tricare. When I received medicine, I did not know they had filed it with insurance and now am reimbursing Tricare $1300+. Ask a lot of questions if you have to use them. They are not a trustworthy business.

Fraud company don't waste your money. They steal your money. Once money gets then they people no response.

I have in the past put my prescription on hold and they still deducted the funds from my account. All they care about is money. I am filling a complaint with Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office. Do not order from this company

While Blink Health is not a scam their business practices are sketchy. They started my monthly subscription more than 3 days early before i could cancel. I then cancelled literally 1 minute after it was charged and after a back and forth with customer service for 2 days they told me there was nothing they would do. They could do something but wouldn’t. There policies are predatory and not good for the customer.

Seamless experience when it comes to buying your prescription medication in addition to giving your costs up front! Great way of understanding your costs without the eye watering insurance costs.

I am very pleased with the medicine and service I received from Blink Health. Medicine arrived within 8 days even though it was over the Holidays. No issues. Negative reviews got me a little concerned but decided to take a chance. Glad I did. Will use again.
