I should have read the other reviews before I tried this company! I had had trouble getting a prescription locally so I called Blink and asked whether they could fill it for me. The rep checked the database and said they could. Today my doctor sent in the prescription, and when I called to complete the order, the rep I spoke with today told me my prescription can only be filled locally. Waste of time, never mind getting my hopes up about being able to get my medicine. Oh, and the reason I called was because their website wasn't working.

Horrible! My doc sent my script directly to them. I paid for the medication online and got email confirmation for my order including shipping address, shipper, everything but tracking info. After it didn’t arrive I. two weeks I called for tracking info only to be told they couldn’t fill the script. Huge waste of time and effort, not to mention the two weeks I went without meds. Now starting from scratch. Beware!!!

They don't know how to send tracking info. Every 2 months over 3 years. If I get tracking info. It's hours even days after delivery. And I call them...we are fixing it. Terrible company

I paid for 2 months of medication I never received. Called on 2 separate occasions and waited over an hour. The first customer service representative refunded my money. She was to send a follow-up email and never did. I called again and that customer service representative told me to go online....

These people are so full of its pitiful what's going around comes back around hope you guys get shut down and all you dumb lose your jobs they way you get over on people stupid

Absolutely horrible service. If you need to be on medication every day, Blink Health will work! There have been 3-month gaps in between my prescription refills. Customer service makes no attempt to resolve issues, they just want to get you off the phone as quickly as possible (without helping). The rep actually hung up the phone on me when I explained my frustration and how I need my medication. My advice to management is to hire people that actually care and treat patients with respect.

Honest really !!! My bank account has been billed for the last four months and I have never received my meds. Customer service has been no help what so ever. I strongly recommend you get your prescriptions someplace else.
