Yes was informed by the Dr. That my new prescription wasn't covered by Medicare part D. And that I needed to pay cash for my prescription through blinkrx and they had a cheaper cost than my standard pharmacy. Well next morning after ordering I got a email my prescription was covered and it would cost 4.90 for 90 day supply. So I contacted blinkrx and they declined to refund or cancel or use insurance. So I'm out of $55 for a 30 day supply that would only had cost 4.90. For 90 day. I'm really upset I feel robbed without a gun.

I had an extremely frustrating…
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Blink Pharmacy and would not recommend this company.
My doctor initially sent in the wrong dose of my prescription. I contacted Blink to notify them of the error before the medication was shipped. Blink told me they attempted to contact my doctor's office to obtain the corrected prescription but did not receive a response. At that point, they simply did nothing to resolve the issue or adequately communicate the status to me.
A few days later, I called Blink again to ask for assistance. During that conversation, I was told there was a nationwide shortage of my medication. Then, just a few days later, Blink charged me approximately $300 and shipped a three-month supply of the WRONG DOSE—the very prescription I had already contacted them about and specifically told them was incorrect.
I am now left with approximately $300 worth of medication that I cannot use and will have to discard.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I made multiple calls attempting to prevent exactly this from happening. When I contacted Blink afterward to try to resolve the situation, there appeared to be little or no documentation of my previous conversations. Each time I called, I felt as though I was starting over and explaining the entire situation again.
I worked in pharmaceutical sales for more than 20 years and have interacted with many pharmacies throughout my career. I understand that prescription errors can happen and that pharmacies sometimes have difficulty reaching physicians' offices. What I find unacceptable is that I notified Blink of the incorrect prescription before it was shipped, made multiple attempts to get the issue corrected, and Blink ultimately charged me $300 and shipped the prescription I had already told them was wrong.
This was not simply an inconvenience. It was a preventable $300 loss caused by a breakdown in communication, documentation, and customer service.
This has been, by far, the worst customer service experience I have had with a pharmacy—and one of the worst I have experienced with any company. I would not recommend Blink Pharmacy to anyone.

Blink RX needs to up their game!
For starters, you need to let your patient know 30 days before their prescription runs out. Blink RX is the only pharmacy I know that just doesn’t fill the subscription and that’s how you know your prescription has run out. That’s bad for everybody and then when you have to get the prescription redone the process of blink RX is crazy bureaucratic. It took two weeks and my doctor sent the prescription three times. If it happens again, I won’t be using blink RX in the future. Is a simple stuff for a pharmacy how come blink RX doesn’t understand it.

Blink Health used to have a good app and now they suck
Blink Health used to have a good app, which they eliminated. Now they seem like a really disorganized company with bad communication and inability to technologically transfer long term app customers to a web page account. Their staff sent me in circles with my pharmacy all day today, asking me to have them call each other and ending up by taking my prescription themselves, which i just wanted to buy discounted at my regular pharmacy just down the street from me, and making my prescription disappear. Poof!! No one is accountable. No one has helped me. When I called back to follow up, they said my prescription wasn’t there, but it isn’t at my pharmacy either, and Blink is the culprit who took it. Considering that the medication is for nerve inflammation, I think understandably I didn’t appreciate at all the run around and unprofessional mentality of the staff, who seem to believe that when someone has a prescription meant to be filled today, it is ok to string them up with their own bureaucracy for 24 to 48 hours before anything could possibly be resolved. Get it together people!!

You offer a free trial while processing the drug to supposedly get the best price but it’s still ridiculously inexpensive for the average person! If your dirt poor it’s free if your rich who cares! Middle class in America is fading fast! F—k Big pharma & F—k Trump

My prescription arrived damaged and…
My prescription arrived damaged and late. When attempting to have them replaced Blink rx didn't do anything but harass me. I offered proof and they never followed up and every attempted I made to resolve it was met with promises that were never fulfilled. I have since moved all my meds to Optum ex and they're customer service is WAY better.

My first prescription
My first prescription, although stated by blinks/federal ex a successful delivery to my home was not true. As of this writing no one has any idea where it is. This particular scrip was eye drops of which had it arrived as stated, would have allowed me to not have a absence of this drug for a unknown period of time. This is concerning and threatens the continued health of my eyes. Now for the real promblem
When I contacted Blink, I was expecting a professional environment. Not the case. The first four non speaking English employees attempted to make it incumbent on me to find out where the delivery was made and or contact fed ex. Very disturbing. I would say as much of a promblem it was for me to understand them I am sure they could not understand me. Give this statement some thought. You may grasp the real concern with a language barrier. What you say and what they hear and process is far different. As of this writing I am without my prescription. And based on a recent email if which stated in 3/5 days they have better knowledge of the shipping date. In my view this is blinks responsibility. They should have over knighted that prescription. They would not. Things happen. more often then not, businesses who truly have the best interest of their customer or maybe patients, client will go out of their way to make the customer whole. Not the case. Language barrier? Always make sure your prescription is correct. Do not take that for granted. Good luck to all hopefully I will get back on track, although it appears doubtful based on how blinks has handled their mistake.

This isn’t working
The first month of my prescription worked well. When my refill came about a month later, the prescription never arrived and after 6-7 phone calls, they tried to bill me for a reorder, then posted they were contacting my insurance company even though my prescription isn’t covered by insurance, and a month later I still don’t have a refill. I’m not sure if this is a legitimate business or not. Right now I’m without my medication and have no answers about getting it. I’ve been told during each phone call I’ve made that someone will be in touch with me later in the day. I’ve never received any follow up calls.
