Do not use this company for meds there are way better ones that operate without so much confusion. Blink website is so stupid you will not know if your meds have been sent, if you need a prescription renewal and if they have sent your meds. The website just throws all your info against a wall to see what sticks. The communication from this company is terrible also. They are not informative and not proactive. This means once a month you will be wondering if you’re getting meds and won’t be able to tell from the website because it’s horrible. I’m about to find a better company

This company makes no sense. They present themselves like other online pharmacies, but once you complete your info and input a credit card, they tell you to pick up your medication at the pharmacy you chose. What they do not tell you is that you need a script. But if you need a script, you wouldn't use Blink in the first place. Just get it from an MD and have them call it in. Avoid!!

They can not follow directions. I stated they had to use UPS . They shipped USPS . I will never recieve the shipment. I have nt been to the post office in 13 years.

The Blink Health website allowed me to order, pay for, and arrange pick-up at a local pharmacy -- all without the prescription of a doctor. They took $2,576.77 from my checking account without a problem. But the local pharmacy had no record of my order. After repeated phone calls to the Blink Health "customer care" line and being put on hold for well over 1-1/2 hours total, I was finally able to speak with a human being, who was able to cancel my order. She had no explanation though, as to why the order was ever able to be placed, without a doctor being involved.

ZERO STARS - IF I COULD. Nothing good to say as nothing good has happened. Every CSR I have spoken with tells me something different & then I get a support email that doesn't make any sense. They don't want you to speak to a human & expect us to provide all our personal info via email. No thank you. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will ask my doctor to NEVER send any of my Rxs to them.

My wife's Dr submitted an Rx to Blink. Blink called & said Rx would be sent in 3-5 BDA's. It never happened. They said the Rx wasn't "released" because the patient never provided necessary info but no one ever told us that they needed more info. Tried escalating to resolve but never got promised supvsr callback. After all this they wanted us to basically start from scratch with that Rx. We called Express Scripts and found that their price was cheaper. We told the Blink repr not to fill that Rx. We had the Dr's ofc send a new Rx to Express Scripts and got it processed with no hassles. We'll never use Blink again. Tried them and wasn't worth the hassles/delays and their price wasn't the cheapest anyway.

no where could i find a notice that clonazepam was no longer allowed thru Blink. it took two online chats and finally a call to discover this change. perhaps provide a list of such changes in the future?
