Only 1 star because I had to choose 1. NEVER use this company it is a SCAM. They are the worst company I have ever used. Take off your payment information so they cannot charge your card! BEWARE

Medication was ordered on March 13, 2024. I have not received it. After calling to check on the status they said they would text or email an update. As of today I haven't received an answer when my medication should arrive. Terrible company stay away!

I've used Blink for several years. Usually I pick up at a local pharmacy and while I usually have to walk the pharmacist through the whole process because they don't know what Blink is, it works out fine. I've started doing their mail order because it's a bit cheaper and I'm not driving much right now. It is getting progressively slower. I'm not interested in yelling at an overworked customer service rep, but I do want my meds shipped out in a timely manner (I would think 72 hours after receipt of the Rx from the doctor ). Something is going wrong lately. I hope they right the ship

I'm not sure how this company stays in business. I've been getting two medications from them for about 5 years now, and they're both meds that are approved and prescribed by THEIR in house doctors. But every time, and I mean every single time, they deny one or both meds when I try to refill and say I need to have my doctor call in a new refill, even though their own site says I'll have 3 refills remaining, several months out. It's like pulling teeth every single time. It takes days for them to respond, and then they ask for info you gave them in the first contact. Then you have to wait several more days, and the confusion may or may not be cleared up, usually not. I strongly recommend you find another company to serve you. This one is VERY unreliable.

The sales reps and the emails have been on-point with every order I’ve placed. I don’t understand any of the bad reviews. The # I called for svc was 833-435-0213, and spoke with Brooke. A Miebo script was left on our porch on a very windy day, and we saw it blow away on camera. We looked everywhere for it, and couldn’t find it. I emailed Blink, and they sent me another one at no cost. My neighbor found our pkg. in her bushes 3 doors down and delivered it yesterday. I called Blink to thank them for sending me a replacement, and told them my neighbor had found it. I asked if they wanted me to send it back, or pay for it now or at the time of the next refill. I couldn’t ask for any better assistance.

Awful awful company. They simply won’t process my refill, and they keep giving me bad information about why they can’t. And I have to keep contacting them. There’s no followup, they just keep ignoring the prescription and let it sit unfilled. Even filling the initial prescription was a hassle with a weird “pricing delay” that I’ve never heard of with a legit pharmacy. I’m in the process of moving my prescription to another pharmacy to get it out of the black hole at Blink. Just a huge waste of time all around.

I called the phone number given to me by my insurance and no matter what options I tried the system would not let me connect to a live agent. I told the system I WAS NOT an existing member and the system would tell me it did not recognize my phone number...

My review is for Meibo, an eye drop that is supposed to help with dry eyes. The product finally arrived in a small bottle that is only half full. The drops are supposed to be used as a very small drop 4 times a day, but the bottle does not dispense small drops, so the liquid runs over the rim of the eyes and down my face. Since they are charging almost $700 to medicare for this very small amount of liquid, the waste is not acceptable. I have tried several methods and nothing works to get the appropriate size drop into my eyes that doesn't run down my face. The drops don't seem to help much for my dry eyes either.
