These guys take the cake. I have a serious eye disease. They've had my prescription for TWO MONTHS. They've been paid an outrageous $1900 for this prescription already. All I get is the typical blink run around when I call them to ask about it. Never seen such a mickey mouse outfit in my life - Not one good word to say about them.

Sloooooooow shipping and receipt. I have a prescription set on auto refill, and every month I get an email that claims the item has shipped, then up to 5 days later tracking shows it hasn't arrived at USPS yet. When I contact BlinkRX, they send a standard email that says it's still processing and will ship soon. I end up getting my meds 3-7 days later each month, which is unacceptable from a pharmacy when the med is in stock.

I'm having the same issue with BlinkRx as other reviewers on this site. Order was confirmed on May 24th via email and I called to verify other details and was told by Tiffany it was "shipping today'. A tracking number would follow. -nothing- I've contacted them seveal times since and was told that the partner pharmacy is not answering their inquiries so they 'don't know why the delay'. According to Dylon, who I spoke with yesterday (6/6) seemed to be really want to help and said it should only take one business day to ship. He saw in their system where an inquiry was sent out from BlinkRx to the partner pharmacy already, but there hadn't been any response and he was going to try again and someone would call me no later than this morning. - nothing-. So just now, I saw on the original email (dtd 5/24/24) that "Polaris Rx Specialty" in CA was the partner pharmacy so I called them directly. I spoke to Eric, a nice young man, who said they are doing their best to catch up as they are very backed up...and admitted orders placed on May 15th are shipping now (6/7/24). The CSRs I've talked to at BlinkRx have been professional but I think they are at the mercy of the partner pharmacy...but they have to know the issues at Polaris and haven't expressed that to me. I requested a (Polairs) supervisor to call me back as soon as she gets out of her meeting.... Update 6/8 - supervisor called back yesterday and they overnighted the medication via Fed Ex. Blink will have to work harder to earn more stars.

What an abusive, aggressive, and disingenuous organization. Doctor sent in prescription refill but I still had an unopened container so no need at that time. The badgering started… emails, text messages and phone calls. Replying STOP which BlinkRX offered had a short term effect but texts restarted. I blocked the number. Using their unsubscribe feature on email, again short term then it started again. I wish doctors would not use this aggressive group.

My copay went from $60 to $750.... how? Blink has given me an update now $45 deductible. I ordered it and several days later Blink doesn't know when it will be shipped.

It took a month to get my order. I’ve never had a prescription take that long!

5-2-24 Eye medicine ordered by my doctor. Received email same day confirming had gotten order. That is the ONLY positive thing I can say about this company. Waited one week nothing else received . May 11, 2024 called, put me on hold said checking to see what the problem is. Told me unable to find out what the hold up is, someone will call me back 24-48 hours. No response. Called again few days later 5-13 spoke to Ruby, told order had been shipped. Waited order never received. Called again put on hold again told no answer as to delay in order. This time I asked to speak to a Supervisor, told no one in that authority on site will have to refer & have someone call me back. You guessed it 24-48 hours. No one called. 5-23 called again no answers as to delay. Advised Karina to 1.Cancel order 2. To refund money to my checking account 3. Remove all billing information from my account. 4.Remove me as a customer. Karina assured me this would be done. Thought issue taken care of- lo & behold got new email telling me 1. Order had shipped! Another email Shipping label had been printed??? Also several e-mails received today after I called & canceled my account that were fraudulently back dated. I want to my bank they have started an investigation on money taken from my account. I am opening a complaint with the New York State Attorney Generals Office. I recommend any one having similar problems to do the same. If you are thinking of doing business with this customer I advise you not to. Check out other reviews on line. Same story as mine over &over. I worked for over 25 years for a major communication company in a supervisory position dealing with customer service issues. This company is the ABSOLUTE WORSE!

If I could do no stars I would most terrible company I have done business with all year I have tried numerous companies in getting finasteride but this takes the cake as the WORST it’s been over a week and they charged me but haven’t even looked at my doctor visit I am now cancelling as it would be quicker to go with another company if you even consider doing business with this company so yourself a favor save the headache and DONT
