I received my M3 Pro 10w within 4 days of ordering. It came well packaged and was super easy to setup (engraving in less than 30 minutes). It connected to my PC quickly and I was off to the races. The setup guide comes with a lot of settings for many different materials, and your laser power size and most worked well. You will need to do some material tests as you would with and laser engraver. The machine is small, yes, but works really well. Being small means you can take it anywhere such as a trade or craft show to custom engrave onsite for your customers. Overall, I'm happy with this machine. The power, speed, size and price point all work well for me. That being said, I am and experienced laser engraver, but I feel like the out-of-the-box experience works well for a beginner.

After a few niggles with delivery, these seem to have been sorted via email and WhatsApp Customer Service help. I am yet to try the engraver as missing some parts, but the quality of the items so far looks good enough for what I need

Update: Following some initial concerns regarding the delivery and return process, I continued to communicate with BlazeX to find a suitable way forward. BlazeX engaged with me positively and professionally. Their team listened to my concerns, maintained communication and worked with me to find a solution that we could both accept. I appreciate the effort they made to resolve the matter and am pleased that we have reached a positive outcome. I think it is only fair that my review reflects BlazeX’s willingness to listen and put things right.

I want to retract my previous review. The missing accessory turned up out of the blue so all is well. The problem is the lack of communication from the company, if they responded to say they were dealing with the issue it would improve customer relations. As for the kit it is working well and I am pleased although the CutlabX software is a little limited and I may migrate to Lightburn

I originally ordered the Laser, their description of product was not correct, I figured they wouldn't take it bk without me having yo pay more!!!! Seriously. Before getting the laser, I ordered the air assist and purifier, when I realized the size of the laser, I tried to cancel the order. They have fought me tooth and nail. Guess reinforcements will come next. This so called company should be sued for multiple things, shut down and made to pay everyone bk that ordered any product from them.

I honestly wouldn’t even give them 1 star! They are absolutely horrible. I ordered 2 months ago with the advertised shipping 2-3 days. I still haven’t received all my order! They customer service is a joke! I asked for a charge back and they sent proof of delivery but the delivery was only a few of my items. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!

I order my BlazeX on June 27, they claim the had sent it, it never came or they never sent me a tracking number. I email them, of course they claim it was in the mail. They sent an tracking number and later said it was deliver. I never got the delivering or anything. Do not mess with this company, it is a scam or something, very not trustworthy at all.

After a few delays the laser was finally dispatched and arrived within two days, customer services did reach out and acknowledged their failings in updates and have assured me that they are working hard to resolve these issues. As for the machine it really is a great wee piece of kit, perfect for me to learn on and is very well made and sturdy. I’m having a lot of fun learning to use it and it really does make some quality items with little or no burning.
