Super happy with the customer service within this company. Had ordered but wanted a different item and it was resolved promptly. The way they handled it was very professional, quick and I am pleased with their response .

I’m new to engraving and have a lot of questions so I reached out to customer support. The first time on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. I did not expect any answer until the next Tuesday but to my surprise within hours I got a reply. Very friendly, professional and with all the help I needed. Every time I reach out the help is there within hours. Thanks Suport team you guys are amazing. I’m sure this is not the last machine I buy.

Easy to set up, I loved that it came with protective glasses and honeycomb, the software was relatively easy, too, to work with. The manual also had a clear list of parameter for various material which saved significant amount of trial & error time. That was the best part of my experience. The machine is pretty compact & light, beginner friendly.

Delivery was quick. Easy to put together and then WOW. I was up and running in no time. Small learning curve but just read the instructions. Setting that they quote for all materials are pretty much 100% correct. Software supplied is good. I bought the camera as well so it is now childsplay. I had some questions. Customer services is really good. All on WhatsApp and answer within a few hours or overnight. Depending on time-zone. I have lasered text, pictures, cut out stuff from ply and wood. Comes with some samples to play with, just set the settings as supplied in book and press start. Easy set up, good support. I am happy.

The Blaze x laser company has been amazing. I am just ordering my laser and all the goodies and they have made everything so easy. I can’t wait to be up and running.
