I returned my a.c. unit and they will not refund my money!! They say there was a glitch of their computers and they can no longer process my refund. They want to give me a store credit!! I do not want anything else from this fraudulent company!!! Just give me my money back!!

I am sorry I can't give a lower rating. Been waiting over two months for my delivery and I now realise that this company is a scam.

Unfortunately cant give zero stars. This company is an absolute scam. They have credit card policies figured out. They deliberately delay delivery, they deliberately send you the wrong product, they deliberately delay there response by 4 months before they reach out to you regarding your return and then tell you you sent it back too late. Credit card companies have a 60 day policy regarding transaction disputes, by the time you have figured this out its too late. The credit card companies wont help you. Its only a matter of time before this becomes the new M.O. of fraudulent companies across the board. Super frustrated that I have been ripped off, despite my many efforts to remedy this from the get go.

Iam unfortunately another person just scamed by this company,the small item arrived 5 days ago tried it once and realised this was nothing like as described a small desk top fan works better which you can purchase for $20,I have emailed the company but no help was offered 20% which I declined telling them I want a full refund as I was returning to the Mascot Sydney address what it was sent from but was given a add in China in another email from a person called Roy I responded saying NO I was not returning to bloody CHINA but to the warehouse add in Sydney,now after reading these reviews Iam reluctant to pay more postage for something that I will never receive a refund for.The owner of this business should be charged with theft.

This company is a total SCAM. I ordered 3 portable units on 7/14/2020 and received them after 8/21/2020. They were not as advertised and didn't work. On 9/11/2020 I mailed them back to the address they gave me requesting a refund. They received the units and on numerous occasions emailed me that the refund of $240 was coming. I kept all my requests and all their replies. Today, 1/8/2021 they emailed me saying my refund request was 180 days old and could not be honored but maybe I could get a credit. This is BS. If there is a class action lawsuit sign me up!!!!

Worst company ever dealt with. I purchased the portable AC and it took more than a month to ship even though they charged my credit card same day I placed the order which a serious company don't do. Then it took more than a month to ship and when I finally got it I received the AC but not the same as they advertised. I've got a fan with a water tank that i was supposed to freeze every two hours to get "cold air"!!....What a scam and to get a refund after paying back $40 for shipping it was a nightmare even when they advertise "no hassle returns". I agree, this guy should be in jail, we all should find a way to make this viral.

I want to give 0 stars. Ordered the units, tried numerous times to cancel with no response from the company-finally was told I couldn’t cancel as the order had been shipped. I returned the product to the approved return address, it was received in September and signed for by an employee. I still have not received a refund and now they want to give me a credit for some online store. I have interacted with 4-5 customer service representatives with no resolution. The phone # listed does not allow you to talk to anyone, it goes straight to a survey. I have reported this company to Ripoff Report. It is a total scam!
