Terrible experience. I bought one of came without bill or return address. I dispute the charges on my credit card. I purchased June 6 came in June 30. I couldn't returned. The credit gave me money back, and Blaux charge me again because I received the product, of course I got it, but I couldn't returned the customer service, never answer I can't a return without a return label. Also in the credit car statement they don't put the phone number either. Finally when I got my statement I called my credit card company to give their number, I spoke to somebody and told me they were going to send me an email to processes my claim. Still waiting. I been charge $ 116.00 because I purchased lifetime warranty . This it's a scam and I telling everybody not to buy from this company. They are not trustable.

Cute air conditioner. I like the LED lights and it is easy to move around. Unfortunately the air produced does not feel any colder than from my basic fan. The mist function does not seem to work. Nice for having on your desk in the office or on a nightstand, but not the level of cooling I was hoping for.
