Blaux ceramic space heater
This is a review for the Blaux ceramic space heaters. The item came quickly, has a straightforward set of buttons/settingsz the main power button in the back has to be on for the secondary (top power button) to function. There’s a safety feature where the unit shuts off if it’s tipped over. That’s good however the safety feature is very sensitive and will shut off even if you touch the unit to turn or reposition it. Can’t speak to service issues as the unit arrived relatively quickly and I haven’t contacted customer service as yet.

This is the worst on line company I…
This is the worst on line company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered and paid for a Blaux portable AC at the end of December 2020. I received confirmation of my order and then no new updates on the progress of my order. After a month I contacted them for an update. They did not answer my request and instead they said they were sorry I was not happy with the item I had received (which I had not received) and could I tell them why. After a number of emails later I had still received no information about when I would receive the item and so cancelled the order and finally received a refund on 22nd February. What a joke!

This company is full of crooks and now…
This company is full of crooks and now they have teamed up with an events app to pay people $20 (and a free product) to give a 5 star Trustpilot review. Please look past these fake and paid for positive reviews and look at all of the real reviews from people that have been lied to and ripped off by Blaux.
Response from blaux.comMar 7, 2021
Hi Chelly. We assure you this is a legitimate business and as we all know, Trustpilot is an independent and reliable consumer review website that would certainly not allow any form of action that would imply fraud or deceit. We encourage our consumers to voice out their feedback so we can further improve not just our product but also our overall services. If you are a VERIFIED customer, kindly send your order details so we can check how we can further assist you. We're not perfect and sometimes we may have issues. We'll own up to it and would do our best to make things right.

Easy to use
The products that are offered to review are a deal for what you get. The bidet was easy to use and portable. The package came with instructions to use and easy assembly. It’s also very sturdy and looks like it was well made

Fresh anywhere
You don’t realize what you’ve been missing until you try this! Use at home or on the go. It fits in your bag discreetly, and you can stay fresh anywhere. The cover doubles as the reservoir and holds just enough water to thoroughly give your behind a private shower. You never feel this fresh by only using TP. I also have a little girl this is perfect to thoroughly clean their bottoms as long as you have that diaper still there to absorb the water flow.

Blaux is a RIPOFF! DO NOT BUY!!
I preordered 3 units in July of 2020. I received them in October of 2020 and was unhappy with their performance. I had opened two of the three units and since I couldn't return the opened units, I returned the other unit in October. After numerous emails and promises of a credit which still hasn't happened, I received an email stating: Thank you for your reply. I have attempted to process a refund for you through our system, and the refund processor has rejected it due to being outside of the 180 day mark. Your original payment was processed on Jul 3, 2020. I do sincerely apologize, we are not able to send refunds any other way. We would still be happy to assist and get you the value of your money back to you. We will be sending you a store credit to use at WEBSITE. The credit will be of equal value to the refund you would have received. Kind regards, Jazmyn DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM BLAUX! DEFINITELY A SHADY WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

Hi David. We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark. We can’t fix the past but you have our personal commitment to improve the way our customer support team serves every customer. Until then, please accept our sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team. As for your store credit, that is really the only option that can be provided by the customer support team. You mentioned that the you got three units on one transaction, which means that you got a promo price for a bundle of three. It will be recalculated so we can get the refund value of just one piece. That is another reason on top of the exceeded timeframe. The store credit can be used to redeem many other useful and cutting edge products from the website. The choice is yours to make.

OMG they are paying $20 to people who give them a 5 star review on Trust Pilot and upload a youtube testimonial video. There is this app called Surkus and a lot of companies offer free products for honest reviews but this company thinks $20 will buy them a trust pilot review! No dude, this is about good business practices and people who have been sent free stuff shouldn’t comment in trust pilot bcs they are not customers!
