TO BAD THERE ISNT A + 5 RATING . Bought one for my husband an he loves it an he is not a AC user at all . but works great . so any bad reviews your either doin something wrong ir u need to send it back for may he repairs. I actually came to buy a 2nd one for beside my bed. THANK YOU BLAUX !!! WE LOVE OURS AN ABOUT 2 OWN 2 OF THEM. To you ones saying they are junk ? Maybe u got a knock off or something cause I can HONESTLY SAY OURS IS GREAT AN JUST THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ON OUR NIGHT STANDS. Cute air conditioner. I like the LED lights and it is easy to move around. Unfortunately the air produced does not feel any colder than from my basic fan. The mist function does not seem to work. Nice for having on your desk in the office or on a nightstand, but not the level of cooling I was hoping for.

Too bad there is not a minus 5 star. I ordered two units and a curtain. Somehow Blaux aborted the cooler order and kept the curtain order. I asked them to cancel it immediately. Instead of reading the email and cancelling the order they told me as soon as they got a tracking number yhey6 would advise me. Again, I asked them to cancel the order. They sent the tracking number not notification of the order being cancelled and now the USELESS curtain shows up and I have no coolers. The poorest communication and customer service, ever. We will see if I ever get the return materials I have asked for to send this USELESS item back to this USELESS company!

I don’t even want to give you a one star,But to the first one was a piece of crap and I called and then the second was a piece of crapand then they say send them back and they would refund my money well guess what they don’t see anybody reading this don’t buy them because they’re a piece of crapand they don’t work and if you try to send them back they won’t give you your money back I know I’ve been fighting with this for five months so please please if you read this don’t buy themIt is a scam matter fact it’s a double scam so anybody who buys those get prepared for it not to work and they are junk junk junk !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give them zero if I could. Don’t believe the good reviews, they are fake paid reviewers! I sent back the portable ac unit at my expense, had their warehouse sign for it. Called, emailed for months asking for my refund. Was strung along until they could use their 180 day excuse, then offer me credit for more of their products. Buyer beware, this is a scam!

This is actually very worth it. i got this Ac a few days ago and now I am so impressed. I cant belive how good it works. Blaux is great and this will be my favorite little gadget! Its super easy to use and lasts for a long time on the battery so its great for taking camping or on trips ! I would really recommend this to anyone who is looking for a portable mini AC.

It was very easy to use. It heats up the area very well. It has safety features on it that helps prevent accidents. I only use it for heating and it works great. Does not heat up a whole room but definitely makes it warmer. It has timer options that work well. Very easy to use. Looks good in the room does not look like a heater.

I’ve had this portable bidet for a few days and I am surprised at how strong the stream. It’s the usual compact size of most portable bidets, which is ok. I like the many uses it provides, like I can use it on my child and keeps me fresh after using the restroom. Aside from having more uses. Being rechargeable is a plus too because batteries are surely inconvenient. Anyway, I’d recommend this portable bidet. The only issue I have if how hard it is to get the spout out of the ditch. I keep having to fumble with that. Otherwise, the pros out weight the one con.
