Bittrex customer service number i called 888 281 6691 to inform that i sent bitcoins on the wrong address worth $600 they told me open to ticket with bittrex only they can recover it.

Had no issues, lost my 2FA via Google Authenticator (due to new phone and wiping the old phone clean), but they responded within a few days and removed it through a secure process. I trade in moderate amounts and find this crypto exchange the only one in the market today that allows you to purchase altcoins quick and efficiently. I hope bittrex continues to exist!

These guys are NOT yet licensed in WA State. They have farmed out Customer Service to India, with typical poor training, language skills, technical or financial knowledge. They claim three addresses, all are suspect, Redmond WA. as a Corp., Ls Vegas, NV as an LLC, and NY according to the above review. Which is it? They publish a support email address they DO NOT ANSWER (support at bittrex.com) - they refuse to credit micro-deposits used to confirm a good transfer address. Their phone support is non-existent. Looks and walks like SKAM, - DO NOT SIGN UP UNTIL YOU HAVE A POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE DIALOG!!

I've been trading here for several months and it's worked flawlessly.

Used Bittrex for a few weeks, had to open two tickets due to security problems, and now 15 days later both my tickets (204818) are still waiting for a response from their support. And I lost half my value in that time, they say they respond to all tickets in 24 to 48 hours, I wish. Please help me update this to a positive comment Bittrex.

I had a severe loss due to Bittrex. Six months back i had opened an account with Bittrex, and gradually purchasing Bitcoins and Ethereum. Two weeks ago my account was worth of 23000 SGD approx. Suddenly the next day, i was shocked to see account balance was 0. Could see someone from this site logged in and sold all my Internet Coins and my account was clean sweep. When i reported this problem to them, they told my account was hacked. How the heck my account get hacked ????????. I always access the site in my Mac and with a very complex password, no one can hack unless guys in BITTREX itself (to be called as FACKTREX). I lost 1 year of my savings within a day. So, dear friends, please don't ever invest in BITTREX, else you will REPENT later.

Stole all my Ethereum....no reply when submit tickets, no regards for the little people..

Bittrex site is good. If you face issues they reply but patience required. Just waiting once the completely solve my issue and I rate them 5 star. Support ID 189598
