BittrexReviews of bittrex.com

Would choose zero stars if it was an option. Absolutely terrible terrible scam of a site. As soon as I had money in there, they reduced my limits (without any prior notice) to zero. Once completing the verification process with clear pictures I have been waiting for it to process for over a week - zero response from any support. I urge everyone to stay away from this exchange!

I have history of 10 ETH going into the Bittrex wallet. I used part of that ETH for an exchange. The other part was used to buy bitcoin gold (BTG). It was in my BTG wallet. There was no options for the wallet at the time so I had to keep it on the Bittrex wallet. A week later I went to check the balance and the BTG was no longer listed on the exchange. The next day, BTG was back on the exchange and my wallet was wiped clean. There is no history of when it left or where it went to. All other history exist except what happened to the ETH/BTG and where the BTG went. It is like Bittrex wiped record clean. I have 2 factor authentication too. I put in a support ticket. only response that I get back is an automated reply asking me to close the support ticket. Only phone number I was able to find has a automatic message that says that they don't work support tickets over the phone and to put in a ticket at the support website. It has been over a month. I would like to be part of a class action lawsuit.

Can withdraw 42 dollars because “withdrawal limit is too small”

Bittrex is the worst platform. I am using different platforms for different currencies and this one is by far the worst. In the first place the have allowed me to deposit Bitcoins, then they allowed me to exchange them to an altcoin but when I wanted to send my altcoins to my wallet the support didn't want to verify my account and didn't respond to any of my 7 tickets other than sending an automated message saying that it might take longer to get back to me due to high traffic. It has been three weeks now!! I would never use them again, nor recommend using them. I just want to move my coins into a proper wallet and that is it

Cannot withdraw funds because of verification issues. Trying to get ahold of Customer service, and there are 10 different numbers... all of which seem slightly sketch because they immediately start asking for all of the personal information. Has anyone has any success with the REAL customer support number? Update: Random numbers have been calling me none stop saying they are with 'customer support'. I'll ask then what company they are with and they say " your crypto exchange company". I say which one and they say "....uhhhh coinbase..?" Do not call any of the numbers listed on here. From what I can tell Bittrex does not have any number that will help you. Your pretty much screwed until they email you back. Do not give our your personal info to any random number on this forum. (1/2/18 Update) Still no response from Bittrex. I have roughly $20k in cryptos on bittrex and cannot pull them out. It is seriously a terrible feeling to not have control of your own money. I have been using Binance in the meantime and it has been sooooo much better for deposits and withdraws. DO NOT USE BITTREX

Bittrex has the worst customer support I have every experienced. Their response is a stock email. Weeks can go by with not response. If you fill out another response ticket you get an email scolding you for doubling up on your requests.Investor BEWARE! Account and funds dissbled for over two weeks and no support. Go to another exchange.

Impossible to conduct a successful withdrawal on this site and customer support is the worst and never resolves any issues. Scam alert.

Edit of 31st december 2017: I've changed my rating. Bittrex's support finally solved my problem. Original comment: The 10th November I had a failed ID verification because my previous entered name didn't match with my name in the passport. The same day I ask to the support to give me the possibility to correct my name in order that the ID verification can be accepted. One month later I still have no answer, I try to ask them one more time to help me on my problem and they give me an automatic bot answer as following: " Due to un unprecedented amount of growth in a relatively short amount of time we're experiencing a longer than usual wait time responding to and resolving your requests. This wait time has also increased the number of duplicate tickets entered on the same issues, further slowing down our agents ability to get to your request in a timely manner. We apologize greatly for the wait and we are actively training new personnel and streamlining our support system to better handle the demand. " If Bittrex's team is reading my review, please read finally my support ticket #423087 ... I am asking you simply to give me the possibility to change my previous entered name in order that it will match will my ID. If you can help me on this, i'll change my rating to 5 stars. Thanks for reading.
