They have got good amount of currencies but transactions are very slow if you are trying to deposit some currency into your account or trying to withdraw some currency to coinbase or GDAX it would take forever.

@BittrexExchange Like many out there I would Just like a response to my support tickets ID 919063 Disabled account for more than 3 days 920292 Account Issues 897930 My account has been disabled What is Happening in your back office to have so many people getting locked out...

Bittrex stole my coins. In mid transaction the market went offline and due to that the transaction never completed itself. I've opened a ticket on there supportsite (Request #707015), but still haven't gotten an respond or solution. I'm afraid that I will never see the coins again. Stay away from this market. You will lose money.

Good company ! first i didnt get my BTC for 13 days and service team too buys to reply , but i got my BTC back now!

I sent Bittrex bitcoins from my exchange over 2wks ago and it was never credited by bitter into my wallet although i could see the btc on the site and (blockchain confirmed). I had emailed bittrex support team - till date my 3 emails have not been replied appropriately. They now sent an email with a btc address included that I needed to transfer some btc into this address before my account could be re activated (i had been using this fully verified account since last September without any problems). They have no telephone support. The worse issue now is that my existing coins on the bitrex exchange had been locked out such that I can't even transact with them. This is not fair, I am loosing money and feeling bullied at the same time. This is my hard earned money being held against my wish by this company. Their customer support is non existent--all you get is a generic response even on their ticket system. I really don't know what to do at this stage.... I support a class action against these irresponsible company. If concerned, Let us form a group to take this to the next level...

I have over $200,000 in an account, Because of a name mismatch I can only withdraw .4 btc a day. I lost a 30k opportunity last night. I understand that the market has gone crazy and everyone is under pressure but I haven't been able to operate properly for 3 weeks. I have sent everything that was requested of me and more, Passport, even proof of initial funds etc but this is desperate for me now and I'm not sleeping at night. Upon signup my first name and part of my middle name were missing. I have no idea how this happened and it was obviously not intentional because I gave my correct surname, date of birth, address and phone number. I even enabled 2FA, I could give less stars but I understand the pressure that the staff at bittrex must be under, I like the site and everyone has been courteous this far but I'm desperate now and they have all the ID they asked for weeks ago, and even accounts that the money was sent from for initial deposits (in my name) that was not requested. This is life changing money and I can't trade or cash anything over .4bc, less than 2% of my total account. Please help me bittrex, people are relying on me too. My investments went down $12,000 while writing this, PLEASE HELP ME! Thank You. Mark Segal
