I created a Bittrex Account in late November, 2017. I began sending BTC, LTC, ETH from my Coinbase account to begin diversifyinginto alt. Cryptos. At first, no problems. But I began to notice little things like bots putting in buy & sell orders to control the price directions. Okay, not a big deal. All exchanges do this. Then I noticed the rediculous spread & fee amounts. Again, I created the account & thereby agreed to this. Then I began to deposit semi- large sums of money (to me anyways). Totalling just under 10K by Jan 8th. I began to notice my balance of coins would change day to day (that we're unaccounted for). Then I noticed my balance began to drop regularly, including USDT. I know that HTC has been hit hard several times this month so at 1st I thought that must be it. But then after my account going down 1000's of dollars (w/out being allowed to w/draw- & yrs, I have enhanced verification) I went through all my records, spread sheets & I am actually MISSING over $4000. Bittrex refuses to respond to my inquiries, except the usual bot response. Something VERY wrong is happening here. And I am by far not the only one that has had money stolen from their account. I want answers. I am currently contacting the appropriate authorities to look into the matter bit I sincerely doubt I'll ever see a penny returned. I just want others to be warned at this point.

Like everyone else, just no response to support. I had been happily using them since 2014 till recently when they blocked me withdrawing currency. They are happy to accept it in, no warning you cant withdraw what you trade! Seems like its just a scam site now, no support for users they are just locking currency in the platform.

Same as everyone else. Been waiting weeks w no response from the company. Could be making money right now but instead sitting on my hands watching my money go down the drain. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

Verificattion issue. Can not trade there. Looks like bucket shop for manipulating prices.

Unfortunately, as with many of the other reviewers I'm having a verification issue which is preventing me from withdrawing. The only reason for such a low rating is the lack of communication, when you're dealing with large sums of money, you really want faster feedback. If you ignore the current support issues, the site's actually pretty straight forward and has a clearer UI than it's competitors. EDIT: Despite hearing tales of waiting for months to be verified, I was verified within 5 working days, not too bad. It would have been nice to have received some reassuring feedback a bit earlier, but it wasn't nearly as bad as some seem to suggest

Große exchange aber absolut schlechter Support. Tickets für die Bearbeitung dauern Wochen. Warte seid 10 Wochen das der Support mein Ticket löst. Man kriegt immer nur ne copy und paste Mail, wenn sie dann mal antworten. Sehr unseriös für so eine exchange. Gwht lieber zu kucoin, Binance oder cryptopia.

Its not letting whithdraw your criptos. No verification to get in but to get out they needed it...i did it. Waited 8 days as day wrote and its been 11 days and still waiting to get my criptos out

no answer to any ticket, and I am still waiting for the ethereum transfer I made out of coinbase and confirmed , that never ariived to my wallet! Over 20 days waiting and not even in pendent deposit. Litecoins arrived fine, but its luck or you have your money or just forget your money is hideen in the site, or lost in space, and thing is .... they warn you about that. So they migth be making tones of cash... with small amount particulary, and you can´t complain, they warn you! small amount is bigger then 25 $ for me...
