Not that great of an exchange lots of problems with their website/deposits/withdrawals and their support can't even answer a ticket with a fix to our problems...

They disabled my account without notice and manually revert my ID verification every time I take new photos of myself and my passport and get myself verified. They keep asking me to post new photos but when I do it they reject it for nonsense reasons. It has become obvious that they are doing it on purpose and they are deliberately trying to delay me from verifying my account there. I made a simple test and also submitted account verification request on poloniex to see if there is anything actually wrong with the way I take my photos. Poloniex accepted my account in 10 minutes but Bittrex is harassing me for 4 days already.

They are useless and intentionally rip off customers. I quote from a support ticket "The 1 satoshi off is a display issue and is something internal to our site that we can hopefully address in the future date and I have now provided you with what you need to make sure you received what you expected to receive. There is nothing more that can be done with this request at this time." They have ripped me off in many trades where they charge higher than the actual executed price. #bittrex #scam #ripOff

The first Crypto trading platform I used and the one I still use on a daily basis. I'm not an advanced trader so can't compare advanced functions but the interface is easy to use, trades are executed almost immediately, the login process is secure and the main reason I use them is the sheer number of coins available. They've also not been embroiled in any scandals are had any hacks so I feel secure using them.

They've blocked my account with 2 ethers in my wallet 18!!! days ago. I don't even understand what the reason is because they just ask me to provide documentation for ZRX tokens that i had bought on idex exchange and then sold on bittrex about two months ago. They can see all the operations on etherscan if they want. And despite of my instant answer and attached screenshots there is still no answer from support. Awful service. Request #1501697
