Money sucker service
Money sucker service. Avoid it! I rented three vehicle in Sibenik, Croatia. We could not terminate the ride, tried in three different park places next to the other vehicle, but based on the app message we were not in the parking zone. So, I was extremely overcharged.The app does not provide proper information how to end the ride, there is no customer service, they do not reply to my emails. I have never had such a bad experince with a service in my life. It was really frustrating to see my bank account that it was deducated 160 EUR in 22 items.

I purchased a Promo $5 for 5 rides
I purchased a Promo $5 for 5 rides, for a total of $26.25 (gst). However, I only used one 5-minute ride. The Promo is valid for 72 hours---what it Doesn't say is that you forfeit the entire amount if you can't make use of it. I could understand losing the discounted ride-rate, & having the unused balance be applied to future full-rate rides. Expensive lesson learned. 5 minutes cost me $26.25. Buyer-beware.

Scammers!
I have over 10 charges to my credit card on top of the $10 I preloaded. $200 they charged for for going 7 km. And trying to speak to someone is Impossible. Bot chat nonsense

BIRD sucks!
DO NOT USE THIS RIDE! Bird.co does not have customer service. This will overcharge you for ride and you will not be able to contact anyone. You will become frustrated and regret the day you used that ride!!

Bird er svindel! Hold dere unna
Leide sparkesykkel i Sibenik, Croatia. Brukte den noen hundre meter på kaia. Da jeg skulle parkere sammen med andre sykler av samme type på merket plass fikk jeg beskjed om at jeg var i en parkering forbudt sone. Fikk ikke avslutta. Ingen å ringe, fikk svar på mail først, men så slutta de å svare. Jeg fikk noe refusjon, men de har trukket meg i etterkant. Dette er svindel, og de fortsetter å trekke meg flere dager etterpå. Anbefaler ingen å bruke Bird.
