To be fair, while Bird has serious issues with the app and the vehicles themselves, the support team is actually working and has always been helpful, compensating me for trips or scooter issues. I live and use it in Portugal. Just consider the toll that careless users and the environment take on their vehicles.

I was charged for 14 minutes even though I only had the scooter for 8 minutes. Even worse, I had the scooter for 8 minutes standing because my friend could not get the app on his phone to accept any payment. We eventually gave up and walked. Update: The company contacted me and gave me a full reimbursement. Major points for that. Thank you.

Picked up a couple of scooters in fuertaventura We did 2 journeys about 20 minutes each and were horrified to be charged a total of over £80 I wrote to them via email when I got home They gave me about £65 credit on my account When I replied saying I was unlikely to use it, they then put the money in my bank

Preise sind gut aber die Leistung der Scooter ist leider nicht konsequent. Jedesmal eine Überraschung ob der Scooter vernünftig fährt oder nicht. Jedoch die Preise zum Beispiel beim TagesTicket sind ziemlich gut. Bei 5€ und 6 mal 30 Minuten Fahrten.

Hallo Zusammen Die Preise von Bird sind meiner Ansicht nach etwas hoch, der Support ist jedoch eine 10/10. Ich bekam direkte Antworten und Sie sind sehr unkompliziert. Dies schätze ich sehr. Danke an Eli von Bird, der mir einen wirklich guten Support gab!
