The person i met to be fitted Dipesh was AWESOME! He gave me his cell number and have had to go back once to have it reset and he was so kind! He needs a promotion!!

Although forced to wear an articulating brace for many years prior to the Bioness, it has created additional less functionality. I feel, using the Bioness gives better form/posture while using. This was a upgrade model and not having to use the foot sensor was a big plus.

My interactions with Bioness have been wonderful at every step. The sales reps are knowledgeable and respectful. The finance department provided cost and information about CareCredit in a timely Manner and Joey in tech support is very helpful.

For $7000 The gyroscope sensitivity should be adjustable. It fires when I step with my other leg about 30% of the time throwing me off balance. The leg the cuff is on is completely straight when it misfires. Only a medical device company charges $7000 for a $300 device that doesn't work well, then tries to charge you $24 for the app to control it which also doesn't work well.

The Bioness is used by my 14 year old son with cerebral palsy. He has already noticed a change in his strength with just a couple weeks use. Most importantly, he hasn't fallen, which is of particular importance as he enters high school this year. I am so thankful for this device, as is he.

I like my Bioness L300 GO. I do have issues with the app. I paid over $5800 for this and the app costs $25. For $5800 one would think the app would be included. Now the lack of support for ios14 is concerning. Any idea when this may be updated?
