I received the Bioness earlier this month. Communication regarding its use has been sketchy and the Bioness contact seemed more concerned about getting the commission as compare to seeing improvement of mobility. Perhaps I do not know the questions to ask, or the sales rep does not know how to follow through. One hour for previewing is inadequate for spending $5,000 for a piece of equipment. An exercise program of 120 minutes+ per day is impossible, as I work full time. I feel that the Bioness has been beneficial, but the experience has been frustrating.

Awful customer service not to mention it took weeks to ship after getting approved through insurance just an all over haggle.

I like the lower leg cuff device but there are a few issues I have found in it. The first issue is I have to play with the positioning of the cuff on my leg. Secondly, sometimes when I'm walking the cuff stays on giving the lift to my foot but it isn't needed. But overall it's a great device.

I got the l300 go and then they suggested the thigh cuff as well both times I’ve had great experiences so far with the process and customer support.

I was walking without my cane, without my AFO, and without assistance, in 40 minutes. This was during the initial visit. The first time walking this way, in four years. The rep had his hand on my shoulder, just in case I needed anything. I didn't. When I finally got through the insurance, and payment options, which the company was very good about explaining, and helping me inquire about, I ordered, and got my unit quickly. The learning curve, and the muscle soreness from years of non use, and damage done by the AFO, were explained to me, and helped me prepare for the recovery period. The people have been tremendous.
