Bioness was great to work with
Bioness was great to work with. I research the products and thought they might be a good fit to help with my foot drop due to MS. They reached out to me and got me set up with a representative to try the device on. After seeing it was a fit for me they helped guide me through the process of ordering, paying, and delivery. Everyone I spoke with where polite and professional.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Forced to buy from Bioness and not local distributor as Bioness does not like distributors. Purposely, the wrong unit was sent. Such mean spirited behavior and gross incompetence is unbecoming.

I still do not have use of my left arm…
I still do not have use of my left arm after the stroke, however, it has allowed my hand to stay open and not drawn up in a tight fist. The Bioness is doing what it is meant to do.

I love the fact the Bioness is helping…
I love the fact the Bioness is helping me to walk. The system, however, is not compatible with my phone, so everything has to be done manually. I also cannot track my progress without going to therapy.

Working so well for my son!!
This device is working so well for my son! He has CP and this has helped significantly with his leg drop. I am so excited to see even more results over time but wanted to say thank you for this device and it's helpfulness!

Jury still out
My Bioness rep, Mary, was incredibly helpful getting me set up. She even met me on a weekend to show me how to use the device. As for the device itself, I’m not sold yet on the technology behind it. After a month I have not noticed any changes other than significant tingling on the bottom of my foot when I use it. The tingling lasts for a few hours afterwards. I plan to use it for another month or two to give it a chance. My recommendation, if your insurance pays for it then give it a try. Otherwise, do your research before spending $$$
