I use the L300 cuff to address toe-drop, which is one of the impacts of Hereditary Spastic Parapelegia (HSP). I started using the devices on both legs a week and a half ago and am in the process of ramping up the time I wear them. It takes some getting used to the zapping of my legs as I walk, but according to my physical therapist I am already getting an additional 3 degrees to toe raise, and my wife says I am walking faster. Will was great with the evaluation and the fitting, and Ron was ready to jump right on dealing with the insurance company. I am very happy with the results I am seeing and the attention to detail that the folks at Bioness have provided.

The first Bioness that I had worked extremely well for me (5 stars) however after I ordered the newer model (about 15 years later) it's not working as well. I recommend working with a physical therapist for a while to make sure it's right for you before purchase. If you are right for the product it is amazing.

I love my device! Mary the bioness representative came in to my physical therapy so I can try it on. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly. Cassandra was the person who was in charged of my case. She was knowledgeable and friendly too. Tech support is helpful but my machine won’t work. Instructions are easy but I think mine is broken. I will contact the representative about this. I had this for a week.
