I have been very happy with the product and the service to this point.

Bioness products are truly life changing! They give a person mobility and freedom. You can not put a price on that. However, your marketing needs to improve! I am writing from an MS perspective. Professionals know little or nothing about Bioness or it's products. If, they have some knowledge of your product they do not know how to refer a patient for an evaluation or assistance. They don't know if works or how it works. I think this is a shame and I feel sad every time I see someone struggling to walk or sitting in a wheelchair. Medical professionals and PTs need to be made aware of your products and how affective they are. I have talked to young PTs and they have had little or no exposure to Bioness products during their education. The same goes for Neurologists. You need to hire a top marketing firm and get the word out to rehabilitation schools and clinics. Bioness needs to be made available to more clinics. Your current sales model is not reaching enough people. A top marketing firm should do a review of your current model and make Bioness available to more patients. You have a great product let people know about it.

The system has worked great. I have had the Bioness for a month and walking better than I have in years. With proper and consistent exercise I expect continued improvement with my mobility.

It took a bit of time and resourcefulness on my part to purchase my L300 Go. Along the path I was well received and advised by Bioness staff members as to their continuing efforts on my behalf. Every staff member I came in contact with was supportive and considerate to a fault.

Trouble often with pairing to my phone

The Bioness is an amazing product. Very helpful, and makes walking easier. in the beginning it iS challenging to position it in the right place but with time it becomes easier. Customer service is not very responding, calls and emails are not returned and the feeling you have is that there is no one to talk to. Field personnel are helpful.

My husband Kevin suffered a massive stroke in 2018. His recovery of mobility and speech has been gradual, but certain, and he improves daily thanks to good medical care and wonderful therapists. One of his physical therapists suggested that we look into the possibility of using a Bioness to assist the neurological healing of his right hand to regain mobility. We met with a Bioness technician and my husband was very excited about the possibility. Two months ago we purchased a Bioness device tailor made for him. His neurological pain doctor and his therapists are delighted with the evident progress in the restoration of the feeling and movement in his hand. At first he only used the device for a few minutes at a low power, but everyday he is using the device for longer sessions and at a higher power. It is wonderful to see the progress which is attributable to the Bioness.
