This device has been absolutely incredible to use. When I have it on, my dropfoot pretty much goes away, making my days SO much easier to get through. If you get the Care Credit card, you can finance the device interest free for two years making it cost about $7.50 perday...I really wish I would have purchased this device years ago. Why most insurance companies do not cover this device is beyond me. My insurance company is all about trying to motivate their customers to get moving and be more physically active. Well, that's really hard to do when you have dropfoot and every single step I took before getting this device was difficult and caused me to use much of my limited daily energy just to get from point A to point B. Now with my Bioness, I can be much more active. This device is so helpful with my daily life!

After using the BIONESS L300 for about 13 years, noticing limitations:. needed a heel switch in a regular shoe, replacement parts were difficult to get, specifically the heel switch, and all the components, I read with enthusiasm a new BIONESS L300 GO was available. There were fewer components and more "high tech" so I decided to contact BIONESS for a test. I was amazed at the ease of use, no shoe requirements, etc. I was told that I could use my old unit as a "trade-in.". With the assistance of Bioness both locally and in CALIFORNIA, I was excited to upgrade. I am so happy with this unit. It even has a app that gives feedback on everything from steps taken to battery level. I recommend this to everyone.

After I went to the showing and met Laura (she was great) and decided to go with your product is where the problems began. I was told and quoted 5,530.00 by Brandi Donato (#00027401) then MS said they would help since I have Primary Progressive MS. I then talked to Ernest Escanuelas and the quote went up to 8,375.00 because I asked for hardship since I don`t have a job anymore and only make SSD check. I was very upset about the bait and switch that was pulled on me. So as far as I`m concerned Yes I like the product but will post about what happen to warn others of the shady practice your company pulled. Then they wrote me this;Hi William - Thank you for leaving us with this comment, we value hearing back from our users. We are thrilled that you enjoy our product, however are very sorry that you had this experience. We will have a Bioness representative reach out to you to see if there is any additional support we can provide. As I expected they did NOTHING !!! So DON`T TRUST THEM !!!
