getting better all the time
The initial communication was not great...perhaps because the company is out of California and I am in Massachusetts (time difference). when we finally connected, things proceeded very well. When we needed to fill out paperwork online, we ran into difficulty with our Adobe computer program not allowing editing. The sales rep stayed on the phone with e until we figured a work around. The local clinical specialist, Hannah was very professional and has communicated well. This is a very expensive product, so it is essential the company is available to support it. That has been the case for me so far. I am using the device in pt and at home for short periods. My wife says that she can see a difference in my gait, even when device is off. That is pretty encouraging, though we will see its impact long term.

A totally surprise gift for my son.
Hi, I just want to say thank you to all the Bioness business people. I tried to get one for my son since his foot dropping had improved when he was trying it on by introducing from the hospital PT staff. I also tried to get financial support from other organizations but can not be approved due to the price and the health organization limitations. However, Bioness made it happened to be approved by my insurance and I got it for my son fully covered by my insurance. Thank you all the businesses for working hard to get benefit for my son. We think the device is going to be…
We think the device is going to be great in helping our son to use his left leg. Ir has been a bit tricky to figure out how to get it to work correctly.

Due to MS I have developed root drop in…
Due to MS I have developed foot drop in my L leg. I am so thankful for Bioness that has enabled me to walk by lifting my foot.

I've been waiting since around June…
I've been waiting since around June 10th for the little remote that acts like the iPhone app. The stimulator works well and is helpful.

Communication was very subpar
Communication was very subpar. I feel like I always had to reach out to initiate an answer rather than it just being offered. For spending this much money on something that I hardly get to use I wish there was more comunication. I still haven't gotten answer answer to is the l300 go will work without the sensor and have heard a date that the sensory will be available. Nor was that made aware before I placed my order Just communication needs to be better.
