After ordering the device based on your Regional Specialists assessment we had to return it. Note the following email from a Physical therapist we went to for a second opinion: JESSICA CARMODY You;Ryan Cusack;HEATHER J OSBORNE;Maggie Fisher Mr. & Mrs. Harrison, I understand your decision to decline the Bioness. It is my assessment as well, as we have discussed, that Mrs. Harrison's quality, safety, comfort, stability, speed, ease of movement and safety are not significantly improved with the use of the Bioness over her AFO. Since she does not have any additional clinic visits and the decision regarding the Bioness unit has been made, I will write up her discharge paperwork. It was nice to work with both of you and I wish you a very wonderful trip back to the Philippines when you go. Jessica Carmody, MPT I would suggest the following new protocol be established: A Bioness device should not be ordered until at least 4 physical therapy sessions are completed by a trained therapy center that has their own Bioness device.

I also suffered a stroke about a year and a half ago it’s been two months with the bioness and now I’m back at work this thing really does what it promises and I hope everyone in this group is also having positive results with their rehabilitation but nothing will replace what PT has done for me the bioness only reinforces the work you put in… if You are in the eastern Long Island area then Dipesh will be your best hope of understanding and helping you to adapt to your new way of walking without his help I would not be able to be back at work so Dipesh Nayee sir thank you for setting me up for success… it’s not perfect but it’s been a huge help my only regret is not being able to get it sooner.

my gait has improved tremendously in the month I have had my device. my strength, endurance and confidence have all improved. working with Vanessa White my local rep and Angela Miller on the financing and purchase were great experiences. I'm walking a mile to a mile and a half every day now.my stroke was on August 29,2021 and was still using a cane 2 months ago. Thank you! love it!!

It was a pleasure to work with Nadine and Colleen. These two ladies are a great team to work for your company , they know exactly what they’re doing as far as the product verbally and hands on. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner, if they couldn’t answer their turn around time to respond back was great. They walked me through everything I needed to know without hesitation.

Suzy was very helpful and quickly answered my text regarding operation of the Bioness 300.

Mark did a great job staying in contact with me and scheduling my appointment. He was an hour off though when I had my first appointment. Jeff met us there and did a great job fitting me for the devices. They really help me walk. Thank you so much!!!
