Currently I’m having an issue with a rash on my leg from the cuff. Still waiting for my pads for the thigh and leg cuff and it’s been over 6 weeks since I received the bioness cuffs

I would like to update my review. At my husband’s suggestion to try the upper thigh brace, with much reluctance l did and l am very happy that l did. It improved the experience tenfold. Even though I can’t go a farther distance, the distance l can go is like a normal person. The upper thigh works in conjunction with the lower thigh brace and my pace was that of a normal person. I still use a cane, but l can keep up a normal pace whereas in the past l lagged way behind. I even felt after a week of wearing that it might have even made me feel a little bit stronger when l didn’t have it on. So time will tell if I can increase my distance which I am hoping it will. Will give another review further on down the road.

There has been no discernible improvement despite consistent use of the cuff for 7 weeks. I kinda got talked into continuing trying it past the 4 week return policy and ultimately was informed that it was nonreturnable, even if I were to pay the high return penalty fee. I like my Sales Rep but this experience has significantly added to my Multiple Sclerosis stress levels. Honestly, some days I think the cuff makes my gait and balance worse.

Katie and Nadine, made me feel as though was there friend and never made me feel as though I was just a sterile client. I love working them and Katie was so extremely helpful even with my 4 monsters (grandkids) crawling all over and being so interested in the cuff. I also love the cuff! I can walk bare foot! I haven't done that in YEARS!! Katie and Nadine need a raise! They know customer service like it is just how they breath every moment!! Thank you so much!!
