exelent service
exelent service. very personable. did everything they said they were going to do. i have no complaints at all. I was able to get my L 300 go and I love it. I was told that medicare wasnt paying for them at all but yet I got mine thanks to Eric Ron and I dont know who all else. Thanks to you all for not giving up on me. also to Will Larson. I cant forget him for all his help.

The politeness of Will and patience…
The politeness of Will and patience with me is outstanding. Also Ron Douad helped me so much when my temper and misunderstandings got the best of me. I do think it ,however, that the price of the new bioness and the trade in value of the old L 300 plus make it impossible for most people to make a switch. Which is too bad because the new L300 Go bioness is amazing and an even greater help.

Seamless Experience
It was a seamless experience receiving and getting programmed my Bioness L300 Go. I wasn't able to walk without a brace before, so I needed the device ASAP. The company made sure I received it and got it programmed without issue. The reps were very responsive to all of my questions and concerns.
