Disappointed
It took a month to receive the unit. Steven was good at first, in that he got the finacing taken care if immediately. Three weeks went by with no communication then the last week it was going to ship on Friday and Monday i was told by Steven it was on back order. It final was came in on Monday of the next week and shipped out overnight. FED-X did not deliver the cuff until Tuesday about 3pm in the afternoon. I finally got it fitted on Thursday morning by Mary! She did great. However the cuff takes a get it turn on.

Customer service is poor
Customer service is poor. Communication with sales rep was awful and it took forever. Finally ordered device and now have to wait like 6 weeks for a rep to come and get it set up so we can use it. Unacceptable.

Great bunch of people
Absolutely wonderful experience with the reps, they were knowledgeable and listened to what input I had. The Ness L300 plus units I received were set up well and I had no trouble at home using them. The units have truly changed my life after experiencing all the hassles of AFO's for over 30 years. Greatest company I've ever dealt with.

my L300 ann H200
IboughtL300 and h200over a month ago andhavebeen using it almost everyday , i can already see imporvment in my sever foot drop,as far as my hand ,i am going to wait a bit longer to see the result.i haveto thank all the staff at bionesst who m have been very courteous and helpfullspecially ms. cassandera and mrs.kime thank you all;

I purchased an H200 several years ago
I purchased an H200 several years ago, and it worked well for about a year. Now, their is an issue with the portal where you plug it in,so I can't get it to charge correctly. If you even breathe on it after you plug it in, it stops charging.

I love the Bioness product however
I love the Bioness product however, I am sad that Bioness will not accept Medicare insurance.
