I have had now and 4 years ago an very good experience with Bioness beginning with Cassandra she is precise no nonsense, then with Alicia Griffith for the programming, I had technical issues dealt with Ed the issues were sorted out and now I am all set and walking about learning the new device. Before I forget Katy in Houston was my first contact with the new device. May I suggest hiring more people at the técnicas support area I can take up to two hours to get some one on the line

Bioness L300 Go Plus purchase.
Thenstaff at Bioness worked really hard to get me my L300 Go Plus system,before I left for an overseas trip. Staff at Bioness are easy to work with and go out of their way to assist their customers. This is the second system I have purchased from them and am very satisfied with their equipment and overall service.

Stayed home because I was told I needed to sign for unit. Not the case.

Bioness has been a life saver
Bioness has been a life saver. I was walking with a walker and my quality of life had been diminished. Bioness has saved me. It’s a miracle. I can walk again without the foot drop and without the use of a walker. Everybody around me is amazed by my progress. I wish more people could know about Bioness and it’s great results.

Great product, great customer service, overworked rep
Great product! Very helpful customer service. I needed my new L300go in a hurry because I had an upcoming trip. Bioness shipped it so fast that when FedEx delivered it I thought it was something else. When I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is when I contacted my rep. to set it up she was booked for a month. She has too much area to cover-too many clients! What an awesome rep. though. She worked with me to figure out a way to meet!!! I am so impressed with her service and commitment. She needs a big raise!
