I bought the L300 Go Foot Drop System (Thigh and Calf) without trying to get insurance coverage. I was told to not open the delivered products before the fitting so they could be returned, if needed, for a full refund. I was very hopeful prior to the fitting that the system would be helpful. However,after repeated tries, we finally gave up because we recognized that I was not a good candidate for the system. I'm sure that the system is helpful to many, but it's not for everyone. The devices were returned in the unopened boxes and Bioness was good to work with in all aspects, except it took several weeks to refund my initial expense for purchasing the units.

Everyone I interacted with obtaining the Bioness was very friendly and knowledgeable. The process of receiving the Bioness was smooth and surprisingly quick.I It is too early to know if the Bioness will actually help me in terms of mobility. It does elevate my foot helping it to move, but is very tiring. The PT that I met with to set up the equipment and provide instruction decided the gait monitor would be helpful and ordered one for me. It has helped to get me accustomed to the device and get a "rhythm" going. All in all, the process of receiving, setup and initial instruction with the Bioness was seamless.

I truly feel very fortunate to have found out about and now use the Bioness L300 Go. I have neuropathy in both my feet and before wearing the L300 devices I walked with a shortened and slower gait. I now have a much more normal gait and walk with greater balance thanks to the stimulation provided by the L300 Go. I feel more confident on my feet. I even got out my chair and danced at a recent holiday party. I haven't done that for years. What a thrill. I highly recommend these devices if you want regain your freedom and live a much more normal life.

Communication system by phone or email does not generate timely responses. Also the lack of demonstration equipment at our large rehab program in the South Bay is absent! Some questions remain unanswered despite 3 weeks of initial use.

I was pleased with the therapist Rob.. He was very knowledgeable and didn't push me to purchase this device. I received my device on 11/18/19..It was programmed on 11/21/19. I had an issue with the company but that has been resolved. The device is great. It does help with increasing mobility. I use it every day, especially while doing physical therapy. I think it is making my leg stronger. Thanks, Marilyn Mayer

I really liked the experience I had with Boone’s, but am still waiting to get my new device set up.
