My bioness device is absolutely great
My bioness device is absolutely great! I can even walk without my cane now. I am so thankful for this device. Everyone was great and such a big help in helping me get it. Your rep, Kristin Cummins is wonderful and was always there with any questions or concerns I had.

Life made simpler
AWESOME devices. All I had to do was go to therapy. The representative at Bioness did all the work. From submitting paperwork to the doctor for signature and submitting the signed script to my insurance company. After an appeal both devices were approved. The right hand device and left leg device will make my life a lot easier. Thank you.

I really like my new L300 Go
I’m very pleased with my new L300 Go. I like that I don’t need the heel sensor and the device is nicely improved. Ronald made the trade-in process very simple and quick. Guy was very helpful and accommodating in setting up my new device. Joey in Technical Support has always been knowledgeable when I’ve had questions about my device.

Love the L300 Go
I love the L300 Go. Being able to walk barefoot and not have to worry about multiple parts is really nice. The only thing I don't like is how big and bright the indicator light is on it. It draws a lot more attention than I like when I'm walking around in shorts, which is all the time. Other than that, the company is always very responsive and easy to work with. Great customer service.

I love my device and am so much safer…
I love my device and am so much safer and walking much easier! I am a bit disappointed with how hard it is to see my rep. as she cannot service Shreveport often. I am grateful, however, that Dr. Tinsley and LSU Rehab could set up my device.

Happy Customer.
From the fitting to the ordering everything was made so easy. Ron was my first contact who made all of this happen. He worked with my insurance company to gain approval bilateral L300 Go devices. Each phone call, I had with Ron, listened my needs and concerns. Then the PT who did the fitting was also amazing. Guy was encouraging and made the fitting possible. As a teacher my time is limited and his office is over an hour from my home and job. Guy coordinated both fittings based on my schedule. So far the devices are proving to be nothing short of amazing. Even took them out for a run. Thank you Ron and Guy for all you did to make this possible.
