Bioness has changed my life for the best! My parents gave me the L300 for my foot drop and even though I just got it, It changed my life completely. I'm walking! And I'm walking stronger than ever! Amazing company! A total life changer for me!

The bioness is awesome and the people are great.

I had an L300 for about 10 years and loved it, but it was end of life. So, I switched to an L300+ Go. The lower cuff is fine, once the reps finally got it to a point it would work for me. The upper cuff (thigh) is a different story. At first I was dealing with it pinching and irritating my leg where the straps connect. After that, I dealt with blisters from the electrodes, although I tried to follow the wear guidelines. On top of that, it just doesn’t exactly work like I thought it would. Although the local reps for my area, are really helpful, the contacts in CA are not. I truly don’t think that Bioness understands they are in a retail business. Without customers, they no longer exist. They will do their best to “nickel dime” you to death, even though their devices are ridiculously expensive (no competition breeds this). Anyway, I spent $8000 for a cuff that primarily just lays on a shelf in my closet. I think it would be nice to be able to “test drive” these units, for longer than a few minutes, before purchase.

I love the product, but support is often spotty. For instance, I need to order new electrodes, and I'm having trouble even finding where I can do that!

I am very happy with the prompt responses from me emails and phone calls and with the initial screening I received.
