Overall Bioness works. There are some glitches with the app that are getting fixed. I wish the connection for the charging unit was more secure. It is hard to tell if it is connected and has come disconnected. The company is great to work with though.

Technical and User issues
When the units pair up they seem to work well. However we have constant issues pairing the units and tech support does not answer or return messages. Also the device is limited on changing settings yourself as it needs the assistance of Bioness to make a fine tuning which is pretty annoying. For the price it surely does not do all it is cracked up to be.

Bioness L300Go is very disappointing.
The way the pricing was set up, if you did not replace your old Bioness with the Bioness L300Go within in a certain period of time you were left in a position of not knowing with any certainty what the new Bioness L300Go would cost in the future. So, I bought it, and it does not work nearly as well as the older model Bioness. It is constantly slipping down and out of position, and it is really hard to adjust to the proper amount of stimulation. Sometimes I have to take 10 steps before I can even tell if the Bioness L300Go is on. It does not work nearly as well as promised. Be very careful before you purchase this device and ask if you can try it out at no cost before you decide to purchase it.

theH200 i received was defective
theH200 i received was defectiveafter initiating a repair ticket with tech support i have sent the H200 in for repair i havent been able to use a funtional divice for about two weeks now i was hopeful the h200 could start advancibg my recovery im trying to be patient fortunately my sales rep and therapist have been very responsive
