I WAS SATISFIED AND THEY WERE VERY HELPTULL. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A WHICH I REALLY NEEDED A OPPERTUNITY TO GET A DICOUNT ON THE SECOND BIONESS. I PAID THE 5,000 FOR THE ARM ONE AND RALLY NEED THE ARM ONE TWO BUT CAN NOT AFFORD TO GET TWO. I WAS ALREADY USING A PAYMENT PLAN FOR THE ARM BIONESS. THEY GAVE 1,000 OFF REALY HOPED THAT THE DISCOUNT STILL IS AVAILBLE FOR THE SENOD ONE.

It was misdiagnosed from the start and never worked. Should not have been recommended. No return policy. It was a scam as far as I am concerned.

When my doctor said this would help with my drop foot I developed after having a stroke,and also having Ms. I can now walk with ease. From the billing department to Johanna who fitted me with it but what was most impressive was the woman I spoke to a lot in billing. She was amazing. So understanding and patient with me. She is the most caring person I ever spoke too. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name I'm sorry but you have a wonderful staff Nicole Mckeown
