I was ordering micro greens and mixing with protein powders and then I stumbled across this product that has greens, probiotics, fibers, and vitamins and minerals. I gave it a shot and have been ordering ever since. Tastes very good. You will be able to find powders that taste like dessert, but that's not what this is. It's a whole food, health meal replacement that tastes good without the need to add sugars to market it to people with a sweet tooth. I drink 2/day (at the same time) and love it. Highly recommend.

These are incredibly easy to prepare, taste amazing, and keep me feeling full and satisfied for hours. Bought a chocolate and vanilla caramel. I tried the vanilla caramel and had an allergic reaction to it. It was the only new thing I had and I got hives all over. I can’t return it because it’s not a complete set and has been opened. Also when I emailed about getting a refund I got 2 emails, one with my name and one with Joanne. And the response was so generic and clearly done care that there product gave me an allergic reaction and I’ve never been allergic to anything but Dove products. So are they putting soap in their shakes? Who knows.

Biome Secret is too thick and grainy for me. The product is a bit difficult to mix and has to be consumed quickly as it continues to thicken upon sitting. Also beware of the subscription nature of the product. When ordering read the screen very carefully to be fully aware of automatic reorders and return process.

I have not seen progress in my weight loss because these shakes make me soooo full that I have been unable to finish one full shake so far. It's very thick and I have to keep watering it down, which means I'm actually filling up my stomach even more. I feel like serious discipline is needed to stick to drinking 1 a day. Whatever's in those shakes do the job. When they say you get full, you get full!

I love Biome Secret. I have a sensitive stomach and experimented vast amounts of meal replacements in the market. Most brands either make me extremely gassy, have a horrible taste, leave a weird after taste or feeling very unsatisfied. Very happy to take the advise of a friend to try Biome Secret. I did and have been ordering ever since. Chocolate is my favorite for me!
