I’ve tried many meal replacement shakes and protein powders and this is the first one that actually delivered. I’ve lost 10lbs in the three weeks I’ve been using it with no appreciable change in my routine. I am using the vanilla caramel flavor and it is delicious. After drinking a shake you feel truly full for hours.

The shakes are delicious! I like the ingredients and all the vitamins in the shakes. They are very high in protein and fiber with no added sugar. The delivery is fast and their customer service is awesome. They get back to you quickly. Even with silly questions! 😁 I can't say that I've lost weight, but that's probably my fault. (Making poor food/alcohol choices)😢 I can say that I have a lot more energy, which helps with my motivation to work out or go for walks, etc.

The shakes are good and very filling. The only thing I don't love is that you only have 2 flavors. I am already starting to wish I had more to choose from like Banana or Strawberry.

This is my second order—I’ve definitely noticed some weight loss. The shakes are yummy—the chocolate one is better IMHO. Deducted 1 star however because in my last order the vanilla caramel bag has loose powder everywhere. I thought it was because one of the bags was ripped but that wasn’t the case . Just messy.

I was unable to consume this meal replacement shake due to gastrointestinal problems which was worse when consuming this shake. I reached out to customer service and they agreed on giving me a partial refund on the bag I didn't open total $58.50. I purchased 2 bags but if you open a bag it's not refundable. The company Biome was very quick to respond to my emails. I'm pleased that they made this right ✅️.
