The taste of the product is mediocre… which makes it difficult to consume the entire shake. The shake becomes thick very quickly… realizing that we are to drink it quickly, but making it unappealing.

These shakes are delicious and filling. And when you add just the right amount of water and ice you get a nice thick consistency. I’d love to see some options with a lower calorie content, like 300 calories for petite menopausal women as some of us need to be on a calorie count of 1200 to even see the scale budge
