You can make an appointment but more often than not, there will be a sign telling you there is an hour and a half wait. You have to take a buzzer and go sit in your car. You can leave and run errands because you have to be close enough for your buzzer to work. STAFF your business better. If we're making appointments, you know how many people you need.

As I stand here in this line of 12 people waiting for vitals and no one waiting for a bed. I just don’t get it. Every time a staff member comes to help one leaves and the two that are there are very slow. The walk around in between each vital taken talk and play around. I get that there are breaks but this is ridiculous and it’s only 10 am! Not sure why I keep coming back I see cameras above. Is anyone monitoring? Ridiculous Bryant Irving location in Texas and it’s every time I come in!

The staff at Biolife are very considerate and attentive. The Waite Park location specifically is my favorite. When I walk in, there are friendly faces everywhere. Some of them have great memories and will remember who I am when I come in. Scarlett is especially good at this. I always enjoy talking with her when I come in and get to sit at her booth. What the staff at Biolife do is incredible and they do a great job! Not only is donating plasma rewarding I'm the sense that you're helping people but it's also enjoyable due to the staff working there. Thank you!

I think as a means to help people and make a little money, Biolife can work for some people. I was able to donate for a whole month and then suddenly my heart rate was too high and my red blood cells rose too high. I am not sure if it was due to donating too often, but I have had to back off considerable. The other thing that is really annoying is the debit card. It isn't excepted a lot of places and to withdraw from an ATM will cost you money, even though they say there are no charge ATMs I have yet to find one.

The staff are all awesome! My one complaint is that no one does any "dead-heading" to the rose bushes, so they end up just a bunch of dead, ugly branches, no more roses can bloom because the dead ones are blocking the way for new ones to grow. Recently someone came to mow, and they cut the bushes back but did a crappy job, leaving lots of dead branches, because they just cut them into some sort of square shape. Come on, it looks like the "Ghetto BioLife"! It would literally take someone 10-15 min, 1-2x a week to make those rose bushes beautiful and full of blooms next year.
