This place is a joke, and if you look further into the company you will find tons if bad reviews. Bad reviews about this company providing their customers/clients with incorrect test results, contradicting test results on the same documents, poor management, absolutely horrible communication skills, they punish their customers/clients because they don't order enough supplies, they punish their customers/clients for trying to get answers from the staff that they were told to speak to. It is just absolutely ridiculous how this company or at least this location handles things. I for one won't tolerate it and am going to try to get to where others don't have to tolerate it either. The only good thing I can say about this location is that all staff other than the managers that I have come into contact with are very friendly and I was enjoying going there. This has been the only time I have ever attempted to donate, I chose to do for reasons other than getting extra money. But now due to them incorrectly filling out paper work, sending it to me, and then them refusing to give me any type of explanation or answers (which is not the proper way to run a business) it has become a mess and has made me never want to donate again. DSHS is who anyone needs to contact if they want to file a complaint as the managers at this location refuse to give you information on how to contact anyone above them to be able to get accurate information.

Just like everyone else Biolife is getting Greedy!! They keep making good money for the plasma we donate, by lowering our price!! We used to make 150 a week. They have now lowered to 100. As soon as i pay off my bill I'm going to quit going! I feel sorry for the people that really need the plasma!!!!!!!

They advertise on Facebook that they pay up to $850 for the first month for new donors. I just went and they required a coupon code for this, but this code is nowhere to be found. Also, they make $2,300 off each plasma donation. They realistically pay $20-$40. It is a total scam.

My visit to BioLife Plasma Services in Tempe, AZ was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Keeley, the technician. Her expertise and warm approach made the donation process smooth and comfortable. Keeley's attention to detail and friendly demeanor created a positive atmosphere. I appreciate her dedication and commend BioLife for having such a professional and caring team member like Keeley.

I was 1 minute late. I donate here faithfully. The lines are constantly long. The wait is usually more than an hour just to be processed than another hour to get on a table. The lab messed up my blood work twice. I was a faithful donor. The female nurese are stuck up n rude. The guy is really nice. The phlebotomists are great. They could have let me donate for 1 minute late. I'm always fast. I take 30 minutes to get off table. I'm sick of this place. Only reason I come is because there isn't one closer to my home.

Reese, the lady got me ready to donate was wonderful. She explained everything clearly. I hardly even felt the stick when she put the needle in. I highly recommend BioLife in Harker Heights Tx

The employees are great! They are always friendly and welcoming. Obviously, I have my favorites and would be sad if they ever left. Even on the days they are really backed up, they still stay positive. Where I would be extremely stressed. My only complaint is Biolife focuses more on new donors than keeping existing donors, which I find sad. The new dummies may come for the first eight donations but what about those of us that continually keep coming back on a regular basis. I feel like we don’t matter and now you dropped the bonus down to $110 for the week. If you prefer, I’d be more than happy to look at other centers to see what they’re paying.

While plasma sales increased millions in 2023 the weekly amount received for donations has steadily decreased over the last year. Starting at 140 a week now reduced to 115. When they want to know why some have stopped participating. They know why and don't care. They are greedy just like ......... ..........,. ............ .
