The staff is wonderful. The facility is very clean. Always efficient with my time. I never feel like I am ignored. The staff is always going The extra mile to make you comfortable.

It was going great and staff was educated and very nice however, I wasn’t paid for my last visit and did not receive a referral fee for the second person I sent( Stacy) . I called and emailed numerous times, no one returned emails not do they pick up the phone.

Biolife is a step above everyone else. With their fast and easy online appointment scheduler, there is little to no wait time. They have adequate staffing, so you are in and out as fast as possible. No 90-minute wait times like other plasma places!

The friendly and helpful staff made my donation of plasma a great experience.

I feel very comfortable donating at Biolife in Marquette. Everyone is very friendly. I still get nervous with needles but once that part is over I’m fine.

When I gave my second donation, it hurt above the place where they inserted the needle and I told them, they continued with the donation. The next day I had a hematoma 10 inches long covering my arm, so I went back to them a day later and showed them because I had numbness and hand tingling. They said to apply warm compresses and check back when the bruising was gone to make my next donation. Hmmm, not sure if I will continue.

After my second donation my account was put on hold & all appt. canceled! I called every 2 or 3 days asking why no answer. Then 3 weeks later I get a letter telling me I have "Hepatitis C". I call them & NO ONE WILL TALK TO ME!! I go to Quest Labs and get tested per my doctor. I have no Insurance so the cost was $600.00 for the panel of test. I do NOT have Hepatitis C! I contacted the location in Burleson Tx.. I was told it didn't matter that I was negative. In their data base I am positive for Hep C! I can never donate plasma!! False information about my health!!

I am a new donor in the last 3 weeks, giving now the 6th time today. From the first visit to today, it’s been a great experience and rewarding too! There is an inner satisfaction knowing you’re helping someone else each time you donate. The staff are kind and professional! They do a great job!
