The Staff here is excellent. They get you in and out in no time. They are just better organized here. I’ve donated at other big name plasma centers and they just don’t add up to Biolife. They have an app that is very easy to use, and schedule future appointments. Won’t go anywhere else.

Jimmy is a stellar employee. He is quick and efficient. Friendly and courteous towards the patients. He treats everyone with respect. The clinic needs more staff, they are being overworked. Hollis is very welcoming.

Could not donate due to a health condition of Charcot Marie Tooth disease. It would be nice if they put disqualifying medical history on their website. So I wouldn’t have waisted my time showing up.

I went to Biolife on two promotions. The first time I was supposed to be paid $80 and they only paid me $70 but highlighted the payout as though they actually gave me $80. Today I went and I had a coupon in the system they gave me to come back another day because of the long wait. I was supposed to be paid $80 and then another $25. When I checked they only paid me $85! I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau and try to find out a corporate number because I feel like I've been stolen from. They have my plasma so pay me what you owe me!

I was a regular donor and was doing fine. A computer glitch allowed me to donate more than I was supposed to. They notified me after the fact and placed me on a permanent deferred list. I tried to work it out with them tried to inform them they had a computer error and the training supervisor tried to make me confess that I did it on purpose. Still no call back from manager. No accountability for their system error. They are blaming me for it all.
