This location is doing solicitations under knowingly false pretenses I received an email saying I could earn $500.00 in 4 donations with the initial donation being completed by 5-28-23. I went in on 5-24-23 and was told the first available appointment would be 6-4-23. I asked would they still honor the coupon and was told yes they would. I went in for my appointment on 6-4-23 and was told they could NOT honor that coupon but had some other one but it involved additional donations. How can I start a long term relationship with an organization who lies from the very beginning ? Shameful

I love the idea of getting paid to help save lives but their system is WHACK. Like what’s the point of having appointments if you’re not even going to adhere to it. Like you can just walk in and take the questions and you get in line. So when I make an appnt and i expect it to be maybe slower i get there and it’s a 2 hour wait. It’s wild

Sat in line for 50 minutes until I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late for work, what is the point of an appointment If you have to sit in line anyways. Don’t over accept appointmens!!!!

I go to the Ogden bio life staff there are kind to everyone and even though there is sometimes a wait the environment is always upbeat

Everyone is friendly and the appointments are very smooth.

I started donating because there was a really nice promo for new donors. After only 2 successful donations, I went on for a 3rd, and the staff gave me a hematoma because they were sloppy with sticking my vein, and had to readjust the needle multiple times. I was told I couldn't donate for 8 weeks, and I lost out on the promo because of their mistake. I feel like if they mess up and compromise your ability to donate you should be compensated for the trouble, but maybe that's just me...

Super slow. Would have thought they could have prepared for an influx of participants. Not enough nurses to get people through the physical aspect. Hopefully it speeds up once they get established.
