Horrible customer service or let me…
Horrible customer service or let me rephrase non existen horrible customer service i have been waiting over a month to have my account verified ive written to them and nothing i deleted the app i will not do business with a company like that

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Sent several appeals for help after a third party (Finetero Trading Ltd) defrauded me of life savings (over £50k). Not once have they got in touch. Binance have the digital trace to locate the account the money was transferred to, but they aren't in the least bit interested in helping. The measure of a company relates to how responsible it is. Looking after the needs and welfare of clients is paramount on this scale of responsibility. Their website does all it can to make it nigh-on impossible to share woes. They MUST appoint personnel and have them come to the rescue of victims such as myself. During this pandemic, crypto-currency fraud has gone through the roof, creating hardship and misery to the innocent. No-one seems to care, and especially Binance. Will this feedback elicit a genuine desire by Binance to help me get my money back? I am so upset and angry because I don't expect them to take the slightest bit of interest!

Sent all IDs and pending verification over a month....scam or definitely not managed properly.

They want picture ID Address Social…
They want picture ID Address Social Security number. Then once you make a purchase after being verified, they lock you out and require pictures of licenses address, S,S and even a selfie of you holding your ID

The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. No phone system, and their email/support ticket system takes days to get back to you. I have sent them countless documents attempting to get verified for an account for over a month now and each time my documents are returned for ludicrous reasons. All this because their system doesnt recognize my name at my new address (new meaning 2 months old).

Lost $2k on Binance.us w/ no support
Binance.us withdrew $2k from my bank account and didn't deposit it to my Binance account. I raised seven queries and only got a response after 18 days. Their only response was "We'll have our payment provider look into this for you." That was 10 days ago. This is a joke. Never ever use this company to buy crypto. Also, don't trust any of the reviews below giving you spammy emails to have someone get your money back. They're trying to scam you.

Non Existent Customer Service...
I lost my 2FA Code and contacted Binance to reset it. It's been over 3 weeks without anyone responding to my request. Absolutely abysmal service. Stay away from them.
