It really sucks that there's a waiting period on debit card purchase. I can see on ACH withdrawals, but debit card? It should be noted before people download this app. And my purchase was only $50

If I could give Binance.US a zero I would. They falsely say I have rated chats, not once but twice so far. They tell me I violated their terms of usage, yet when I ask to tell me exactly what term of usage I violated, they refuse to tell me. They say they have tried to return my $10,000 to me, however that is false. All they have to do is return it to the account on which it was with drawn. Instead, they want to treat me like I am some sort of criminal and they are police officers asking me to take a video and turn side to side as though I am taking a mugshot. If I knew Binance.US was so scandalous I would've never had anything to do with this app. Binance.US compliance review and KYC is a lie and a joke. I sent in 3 months of bank statements, Photo of ID, and Marriage Certificate, just as they asked, yet to no respectful avail. I wouldn't never recommend this app. To everyone reading this... STAY AWAY FROM BINANCE.US. DO NOT USE THEIR APP. I've now read reviews and I'm not the first one they have treated does wrong to. If you don't believe me. Google.... Binance.US negative reviews. You will see e actly what I'm talking about. I wish I did more research on them before I delt with them. They falsely rated 2 chats so I'm 100% sure their 3.4 to 3.9 rating is even lower. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Not good customer service I did not get what I was trying to get done solve so I’m very disappointed with the customer service

Support ticket 132133232 Binance BOTS responds to my inquiry as “appreciate your response”, but I cannot accept another request to simply “wait a little longer” without any meaningful information or timeframe. I have already waited a reasonable amount of time of 3 weeks while my USDT funds remain restricted. During this period, I have repeatedly contacted Binance.US everyday and have received essentially the same generic response that my case is being reviewed by another internal team. No one has clearly explained what the problem is, whether you require anything from me, or when this review will actually be completed. I even canceled my new Binance account and sold all of my cryptocurrency back to cash and liquidate to cash for easy withdrawal. As a first time user of Binance, I am treated as a criminal and feel that this is a discriminatory practice by BinanceUS. All reviews in Reddit says this is their normal procedure and can have wait times of over 4 Months. This company is totally unresponsive and repeatedly of holding my money and won’t even cancel my first timer account. Poor customer service, and no end in site to cancel my account. Worse crypto exchange company ever.

Worst crypto exchange out there in my opinion. You need 4 yr college degree to understand and navigate. I'd never do business with this company again . I transferred out permanently

I'm trying to think convert $29.99 from my binance account to my chime bank account and it says I can't I don't know how to do it . It has a dollar sign in front of it so I'm thinking it's already converted to cash but it's under usdt under Tron so I'm trying to convert it from usdt to USD but they said there's already a dollar sign so I can just go to it and be able to withdraw it to my bank account it's not that easy there's no withdrawal button does that send received trade bridge I'm so confused I'm trying to learn

After 8 yrs away from Crypto come back to find my regular Binance INTL account was closed, prompting me to their US based site and so last week I decided to jump back in and spent MUCH time going back and forth verifying my account due to inefficiencies on their end. And after finally resolving that matter, I spent even MORE time trying to figure out how to properly secure my account with 2FA (i.e. Google Authenticator), which was finally resolved. And lastly, I spent some more time to properly add payment methods to my account. So after a few days of setting everything up, I get a RIDICULOUS email from their SUPPORT dept stating potential suspicious activity and inexplicably closed my account with no notice, no recourse!?!?! I have never been removed from any account, let alone let go with no due process at all!!! So my recommendation is to stay FAR AWAY from Binance.US if they're residing stateside... Ironically, I had a great experience with Binance Int'l back from 2017-2019... By their JUDGE, JURY & EXECUTIONER mentality toward closing my account should concern any prospective and current client!!! Conversely, I have had nothing but positive experiences with both the customer service departments of Gemini & Kraken so thank goodness they DEFINITELY are not the only game in town!!!
