Hi Laura, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that the 7-day withdrawal hold on ACH deposits can be frustrating. ACH deposits are made available for trading before the funds have fully settled with your bank. During that time, the deposited amount and any crypto purchased with those funds are subject to a 7-day withdrawal hold for security and settlement purposes. Not enough help

8/6-7/26 After more than five…
8/6-7/26 After more than five hours in a chat where I was misdirected with what turned out to be incorrect and sometimes repeat directions, Zoey finally understood what was needed and sent a simple 6-line instruction for me to access ONE in Harmony Mainnet and transfer my balance to Binance. Looking back, with the proper directions the problem could have been solved in less than 10 minutes. It is always more difficult and undesirable when chatting with a bot instead of talking with a human. After the fact, I saw a support phone number on the site. But since I didn't need it anymore, I don't know how it would have gone had I seen the number and called it initially.

Very poor customer service
Customer service is very poor at understanding and resolving account problems. Particularly more so since you cannot get a live person on the phone, only online chat.

Terrible platform that lags
Terrible platform that lags, doesn't update and requires reloading and you lose all of your indicators...Unable to sync the binance clock and customer support is useless, 3 times I contacted them and the same bs boilerplate responses, reset cache/cookies, log out and in. They DO NOT look at your previous cases, even on the same call. Avoid if possible and use Robinhood, Kraken or Coinbase

Binance US staking ONT at 19.6% got 4.6%.
I checked your Exchange for staking ONT tokens and it said 19.6% APY. The hurdle i needed to go over was the 24 days bonding period and then I found out that the rewards period is set to monthly. So as I am waiting for the process to finally begin giving rewards, the APY rate on you site changed to 4.6%. I have not seen this dramatic of a APY shift on any other wallet or exchange, over a 75% change in offered rewards, kind of like a bait and switch with no other warnings given. I also had to pay to transfer my tokens to your exchange for staking. So as a new crypto user, this is not inspiring confidence in your platform.
